Before your first shift

Use a client your Steam account is allowed to launch. The current listing supports single-player and online co-op on Windows, with broadband internet required. If you are still trying to get admitted, begin with playtest access and the Steam download route.

The office, callers, balances and desktop apps belong to the simulation. You do not need a real remote-access program, real payment account or anyone’s personal information to follow the game loop.

Follow the first-shift loop

  1. Choose a run

In the October 5 recording, the player uses the host option to start alone; a private match is also described. Pick solo play or co-op according to who will be in your session.

  2. Enter the call floor and take a desk

The narrator walks through the office door, checks the day’s quota, then logs into a computer. The available apps and target belong to that particular day and build.

  3. Answer a fictional caller

The same recording demonstrates headset or microphone speech and a manual typing alternative. Watch the displayed conversation to check that your input reaches the caller.

  4. Use the appropriate in-game app

Follow the task supported by the apps currently unlocked on your desktop. A caller agreeing in dialogue is not, by itself, a completed earning event: check the game’s transaction result and balance.

  5. Check the day’s result

Compare earnings with the displayed quota, then follow the workday’s clock-out or review flow. The boss review is part of the run, rather than proof that every preceding call succeeded.

The demonstrated quota is a recording example, not a fixed beginner target. Use the number shown in your own run.

Watch the caller and the whole office

The narrated October 5 build displays Caller Trust and a percentage above the portrait. Treat that as feedback during the conversation. A higher percentage is not a published guarantee that the caller will accept every request.

Coworkers can be at separate desks while you hear their calls. Computer viruses, hostile callers and physical workplace disruptions are also part of the official feature list. A quiet desk does not mean the rest of the office is safe.
