What the pricing plan does establish
The developer says it does not currently plan a price change between Early Access and full release, while also saying full-release pricing is not final. That is a plan about a possible change, not a verified dollar amount. Do not treat an unofficial US$10 estimate or a fee from the AI page as a Steam price.

Check eligibility before paying for AI
The optional service requires an account that can already play and has already played the test. It supplies no key or admission. Read AI account and lobby coverage before using the publisher’s purchase route; use playtest access if your obstacle is getting into the game.
